How to organise PDF pages
Open the PDF
You’ll see every page as a thumbnail.
Move and fix pages
Drag by the grip handle to reorder. The buttons under each page rotate, duplicate or delete it.
Save
Nothing changes until you press Save changes, so experiment freely.
Handy details
You can see where pages came from
A moved page shows its old number, e.g. “3 (was 7)”, which helps a lot in long documents.
Undo is one click
Undo all changes puts every page back how it was, as long as you haven’t saved yet.
Works with a keyboard
Tab to a page’s handle and use the arrow keys to move it. A screen reader announces the new position.
Deleted pages really go
The new PDF is built only from the pages you keep, so removed pages aren’t hiding inside the file.
Good to know before you start
Thumbnails load as you scroll, so a 300-page document opens quickly and only draws what’s on screen. Saving builds a fresh PDF from your page list. That keeps links and comments on each page, but bookmarks and fillable form fields from the original don’t come across.
Need pages from another file in here too? Merge the two first, then rearrange the result.
Privacy and security
Rearranging happens in your browser. The PDF isn’t uploaded at any point, and your original file isn’t changed: you download a new copy.

Organise PDF FAQs
How do I move a page on my phone?
Press and drag the six-dot grip under the page. Dragging anywhere else just scrolls, so you won’t move things by accident.
Can I add a blank page?
Make one with Create Blank PDF, merge it with your document, then drag it into place here.
Does rotating here stick?
Yes. The rotation is saved into the new PDF, so it shows the right way in every reader.
