Reporting a problem with a tool
Please tell us:
- which tool you were using and what you expected to happen;
- the exact error message, if you saw one;
- your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone”);
- roughly how large the file was and how many pages it had.
Please don’t send us confidential documents. Our tools are designed so we never see your files, and we’d rather keep it that way. If a specific file causes a problem, a description is usually enough, or you can create a test file with similar characteristics.
