Useful extras
Odd and even shortcuts
One click selects every odd or every even page. That’s ideal for sorting out a pile of scans done on a single-sided scanner.
Full quality
Pages are copied exactly, so text stays selectable and images keep their resolution.
Only what you chose
The new file holds the selected pages and nothing hidden from the rest of the document.
Common reasons people extract pages
- Sending back just the signature page of a contract.
- Sharing one chapter of a long report rather than the whole thing.
- Pulling receipts out of a big scan for an expenses claim.
- Scanning both sides on a single-sided scanner: extract the odds and evens, then put them back together with Organise PDF.
Privacy and security
Extraction runs in your browser, so the document isn’t uploaded anywhere. Handy when the full file is confidential and you only want to share a page or two of it.

Extract gives you the pages you pick. Split cuts the whole document into several parts.
Do the pages stay in order?
Yes, they’re kept in page order. Change the order afterwards with Organise PDF if you need to.
Is my original file changed?
No, you get a new file. The original is left exactly as it was.
